Yiming Guo

Yiming Guo is Assistant Organist at Bromley Parish Church in London, where he was Organ Scholar for two years prior. Previously he held an organ scholarship at Beckenham Baptist Church. Yiming was an organ student of Douglas Blew at St. Olave’s Grammar School, winning the Alumni Prize for Music. He is currently studying the organ with Marilyn Harper.

Yiming has performed organ recitals at St George’s Beckenham, Southwark Cathedral and St Dunstan’s Mayfield. In 2023, he participated in an organ masterclass led by Francesca Massey, live-streamed on Beauty in Sound.

Aside from music, Yiming aspires to study Engineering and is an incoming Ash Music Scholar at Imperial College London, where he will accompany the Imperial College Chamber Choir and pursue his organ studies at the Royal College of Music.
